Principal Spotlight: Mrs. Haley Smith
As we celebrate National Principals Month in October, the Hart County Charter System will be spotlighting principals at each of our five schools. Today's spotlight is Mrs. Haley Smith.
Principal Haley Smith is in her fourth year of steering the North Hart Elementary School Navigators' ship. A Clemson Tiger from birth, Mrs. Smith grew up in Clemson before moving to Georgia in 2003 after she graduated from Clemson University. She moved to Hart County in 2008 to teach at Hartwell Elementary School before eventually becoming the principal at North Hart Elementary. Mrs. Smith received her Bachelors in Elementary Education from Clemson University, a Masters in Early Childhood Education and her Educational Specialist degree in Teacher Leadership from Piedmont College. She completed her Educational Specialist add-on in Educational Leadership at Columbus State University.
