Summer Feeding Program Heats Up

The Hart County Charter System’s school nutrition staff, as well as district leaders, have been hard at work delivering free meals to kids in the community this summer.

The food delivery is a part of the Summer Feeding program, which runs until July 23.

Free meals have also been distributed at athletic camps, summer school, and more.

Meals are available for any children (0-18 years old) Monday-Friday at Hart County High School from 11am-1pm or at any of the food trailer stops including: HYDRA (11 a.m.), Skelton Homes (11:30 a.m.), Rome Street (11:55 a.m.) and Leard Street (12:20 p.m.). Times are approximate.
