    I am Jennifer Smith. I moved here from Orlando, Florida, but I am originally from northern Ohio. I have my Bachelors from the University of Central Florida (2001) and my Masters from Grand Canyon University (2010). When time allows, I will eventually get my Specialist degree. I am also certified in the area of ESOL and several other areas of education. I am very dedicated to my students and have a strong belief that ALL students can learn. I am married with 3 boys, so any spare time I have is spent with my family doing things we love (hiking, movies, fishing, camping, playing games, visiting museums, zoos, and aquariums).

    I'm Stacy Martin and I am a Student Support teacher here at NHES. I am also the 2019-2020 NHES Teacher of the Year. I graduated from North Georgia College and State University with a B.S. degree in Early Childhood/Special Education. In 2016, I graduated with my Specialist's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I have taught Kindergarten through 5th grade both in public and private school settings. My husband and I have four children. We love to travel and go to Disney World!

    Hola! Bonjou! Xin Chao! In other words....Hello! My name is Stephanie C. Bunner and I am one of the ESOL teachers for Hart County Charter Schools. I currently teacher ESOL (English to Speakers of Other Languages) to grades K-5 at NHES. I received my B.S. degree from Emmanuel College and I am currently enrolled at Kennesaw State University where I am pursuing my M.Ed. in TESOL. In my spare time, I enjoy camping, kayaking, cooking, fishing, traveling, and spending time with my sweet family.

    I graduated from Anderson College and Erskine College. I taught 8 years in South Carolina and then took 6 years off to stay at home with my children. I returned in education in Georgia, and have been teaching in my home county of Hart County since 2000. I have a daughter, a son-in-law, and a son. I love Disney World and camping.

    I am Kim Hill and I teach K-5 grades as a Student Support Teacher here at North Hart Elementary. I am originally from Jackson County and graduated from Jefferson High School. My teaching career has always been in Hart County. I received my B.S. in Education from the University of Georgia, M.Ed. from Piedmont College, and my Ed.S. from Lincoln Memorial University. This is my 29th year of teaching with 25 of those years in First Grade. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs! We love traveling and relaxing on the beach.

    I am David McLane, a teacher on our student support team at North Hart. I have a B.S. degree from Emmanuel College, an M.Ed. degree from Brenau University, and an Ed.S. degree from Piedmont College. This is my 21st year of teaching, two of those years at Nancy Hart Elementary, two years at Mt. Olivet Elementary, and the other 17 years here at NHES. I enjoy spending time traveling and spending time with my family. All of my family are huge Georgia Bulldog fans! I have been going to Georgia football games since 1982. Go Dawgs!!

    My name is Beth Sowell. I received my B.S. degree from the University of Georgia. This is my 18th year teaching, 16 years in Franklin County, and 2 years here at North Hart. I love spending time with my family outdoors camping, hiking, backpacking, kayaking, and gardening.
