Welcome to the Hartwell Elementary School Media Center! I am excited to be at HES and working with our fantastic students.  I am originally from Hart County, and I am married to Kevin Gaines.  We have two children, Peyton and Riley.  

Your students are so bright and I am looking forward to helping them select books that will help them grow as readers and as individuals. I encourage students to read various genres and varieties, provide programming that includes storytimes, book fairs, reading programs, and readers' advisory, and help students learn research skills.
