Hart Academy

Hart Academy is an alternative/non-traditional education program which serves as an option for students who may experience behavioral, social, or emotional difficulty in the traditional school setting. Our administration, teachers, and staff provide students with rigorous academic experiences in a safe and structured environment. In addition, the collaborative course design incorporates opportunities for students to build meaningful and healthy relationships with adults and peers. Our students learn how to regulate their emotions and behaviors, develop soft skills and social awareness, and practice critical decision-making. Hart Academy fosters a learning environment that encourages every student to demonstrate his or her ability to account for their actions, commit to positive change, and transfer knowledge in their schools, communities, and future.
