Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year! 
I am excited to introduce myself as your
child’s school counselor! This is my first year at
Hartwell Elementary, and I couldn’t be more
thrilled to be part of such a wonderful school
family. I hope to build meaningful relationships
with all the students, teachers, and parents to
help ensure the academic & social
developmental success of all our students.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical
Education and was a teacher for 6 years before I
earned my Master’s Degree in Huan Services
and M & F Counseling. My husband, Mike, and I
recently moved to Hart Co. from Virginia. We
have two daughters, 2 sons-in-law & three
beautiful grandchildren. Mike and I enjoy
spending time bike riding, relaxing on the lake,
time with our families, and serving others.
I feel very fortunate to have this
opportunity to work with your child this year. If I
