Annual Parent Survey...

The Elementary Schools throughout Hart County and the Hart County Middle School, would like to invite parents/guardians to complete the annual Parent Survey. The survey will be available online March 20^th - March 31^st.

The QR Code included here will allow access to the survey from a cell phone.  Paper copies are an option and can be requested from each school. 

If you have questions or want to request a paper copy of the survey, please contact your child’s school.
