Travel Tracker Online Field Trip Requests
Hart County Charter System is now utilizing Travel Tracker to process all field trip requests. Teachers will now have the capability of entering their own field trip requests, which will not only eliminate paper but also will allow teachers to follow your field trip request through the approval process. They will have the ability to print customized parent permission slips, and coaches will be able to assure their buses for athletic contests have been scheduled, as they can view this information on a trip calendar.
Teachers need to register with Travel Tracker at their earliest convenience. The link is also available on the homepage under ‘Quicklinks’ and on the ‘Staff Portal’ page.

Setup Outlook for Office 365
Outlook is now working for Office 365 (our new email server). You can view the instructions here. If you are not able to complete these steps please put in a ticket here and continue to use webmail until your ticket is addressed.
