Social studies teacher (middle grades)

The Hart County Charter System is accepting applications for a middle school social studies teacher.

 

Candidates must possess or be eligible for a valid teaching certificate issued by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission with certification in the fields of 

  1. Middle Grades(4-8) Social Science and 
  2. History(6-12)
  3. Government(6-12) is desirable

The successful candidate must be certified to teach high school-level history at the middle school.

Applicants MUST apply on Teach Georgia in order to be considered for the position.

Substitute Cafeteria Assistants

The Hart County School Nutrition Department is currently taking applications for substitute cafeteria assistants. Applicants must be willing to work in all schools with various hours dependent on school needs. They must also be able to lift thirty pounds and stand for long periods of time. Pay is $8 per hour with possibility of full-time employment. Applications can be picked up at the School Nutrition Office @ 145 Cleveland Ave. or at www.hart.k12.ga.us. Background checks are required at a cost of $52.00 to applicant.
