    4. Head Football Coach (Hart County High School)

    Job applicants should have the ability to direct the operations of a successful high school football program.  

    The Head Coach is responsible for all aspects of the football program from the high school down to the recreation department. The Head Coach must have demonstrated strong leadership in player development, discipline, sportsmanship, integrity and character development in previous positions. Qualified candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills and be willing to promote the football program in the community.

    Essential Responsibilities:
    Direct the training, conditioning, and performance of the football program and lead and supervise, the assistant coaches in their efforts with players assigned to them.
    Demonstrate current knowledge of strength and conditioning programs for football. Execute such programs during the off-season within the parameters of GHSA regulations.
    Emphasize the importance of academic excellence and assist in monitoring and maintaining high academic standards for members of the football program. Become actively involved with the college recruiting process for team members.

  • School Bus Drivers

    Qualifications:

    • Must be able to obtain and retain a commercial driver's license, class B-P with no air brake restrictions.
    • Must be able to pass a criminal background check. (The employee is responsible for the cost of $50.)
    • ​Must be able to pass state specified physical exam annually.
    • Must submit to random drug tests.
