  • “Preparing Tomorrows Workforce Today”

Career, Technical and Agriculture Education (CTAE) provides all Georgia students with the opportunity to select at least three sequenced electives in a career pathway, along with recommended academic course work, to prepare them to continue their education at any level or to enter the workplace. Hart County Charter Systems philosophy of CTAE is to link education and career skills for the creation of lifelong learning opportunities.  We serve the CTAE needs of students of all ages residing in Hart County.

With the full support of the Hart County Board of Education, our local community and business leaders, the Hart College and Career Academy (HCCA) was created to “ensure that every public student in Hart County receives the occupational, educational and technical skills to remain employable in an ever-changing global economy through lifelong learning. Our goal is to provide students at Hart College and Career Academy with requisite skills and knowledge to help them become workplace ready in order to be gainfully employed or to continue their education and training in a variety of post-secondary options.
Students at HCCA will have the chance to connect more directly with their career paths and earn industry credentials in addition to their high school diploma, a technical college certificate and possible associates degree increasing the chance for our students to be gainfully employed in a very competitive work environment. Programs at HCCA focus in areas that are high skill, high wage, and high demand occupations.
